Thank you for choosing to do business with FEETMITRA INFOTECH PVT LTD. This Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and terms related to the cancellation of orders placed by BUYERS on our platform. Please read this policy carefully to understand our guidelines and processes.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Seller’s Right to Cancel

Sellers can make cancellation of an order within 24 hours of order placement. After this period, cancellation requests may not be approved.

ALSO , if a order is subjected to cancellation after 24 hours a PENALTY OF 25% OF INVOICE VALUE  will be levied upon seller for that particular order ID, WHICH WILL BE ADJUSTED IN THE NEXT PAYOUT CYCLE.

 ALSO, ALL THE SKUs IN THAT PARTICULAR ORDER ID WHICH IS SUBJECTED TO CANCELLATION  WILL BE WITHHELD FROM SALES FOR A PERIOD OF 7 DAYS FROM PLATFORM OF FEETMITRA INFOTECH PVT LTD. 

however, total cancellation done by seller should not reach 20% of total monthly sales volume else seller status may go SUSPENDED.

2.Non-Eligibility for Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation. In such cases, sellers are encouraged to refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for further assistance.
